Gregory G. Dalton, President & CEO

In his capacity as President & Chief Executive Officer, Greg Dalton infuses over twenty five years of sales, marketing and operations management to the group, along with the risk management skills developed through an admirable career in the insurance and financial services sector.

Dalton’s past focus on insurance and risk management programs for builders and developers, coupled with the administration of complex construction bonding programs for over two decades, provides an in-depth understanding of complex construction and development contract issues very unique to the industry. In addition, he is able to draw upon a broad network of investors and advisors both regionally and nationally.

In addition to consulting to some of the nation’s leading property and facilities management groups, Mr. Dalton’s experience has earned him various appointments to chair industry advisory committees, invitations to make presentations as a Key Note speaker and participation In a variety of forums with various boards and associations.

Greg Dalton is also responsible for Setman's Communications Consulting Division which concentrates on aligning associations and affinity groups with telecommunications and internet service providers. Setman Communications Consulting has been instrumental in facilitating the delivery of tailored communications plans to millions of Canadians through member benefits and customer loyalty programs.

Denny J. Cybalski, Executive Vice President & COO

Denny Cybalski, Chief Operating Officer is the industry anchor of the Setman team. With twenty years of real estate development, construction and property management in both the residential and ICI sectors, Cybalski has hands on experience in the development of over one million square feet of retail/commercial/industrial facilities and countless residential units in both single family and multi-unit projects.

With strong ties to a broad range of commercial lenders and an enviable relationship with a myriad of contacts with national and regional tenants, Cybalski is able to assemble the necessary players at both ends of the spectrum to produce an economic picture satisfactory to all stakeholders.

Mr. Cybalski’s experience has earned him the respect of industry peers; he holds the position of Chairman of the City of Kitchener Committee of Adjustments; Chairman of Kitchener Housing. Inc & Kitchener Non-Profit Property Management Inc. and Chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Midwestern Ontario.

David G. Boyer, Vice President

Operating behind the scene, partner and Vice President David Boyer serves to attract a broad base of investors while contributing his nearly thirty years of construction industry experience to Setman’s strategic and operational issues.

Well connected to the business community through his prosperous construction trade company, Boyer is also well positioned to identify new opportunities through supplying his services to a broad range of property owners.

 


Support Staff

The Setman Group Executive team is supported by a core group of industry professionals in the building and property management, maintenance and engineering fields.

In addition to permanent full time staff and contract employees, Setman enjoys close knit contractual relationships with local firms in the site maintenance and services trades, creating a cohesive “family” business atmosphere which facilitates both cost containment for owners and tenants and a visible measure of pride in the services performed.

Beyond the core group, Setman Group is aligned with strategic partners and suppliers for a full spectrum of services and products in connection with the professional acquisition, development and management of its real estate equity partnerships.
