Targeting commercial real estate ownership opportunities promising respectable yields through cash returns and longer term mortgage redemption, Setman pursues commercial and industrial properties and projects - both producing immediate returns, and those offering a significant up-side leveraged through Setman’s foresight and abilities in marketing, development and redevelopment.

Setman’s comprehensive approach to real estate investments incorporates seasoned experience in construction, financial analysis & forecasting and risk management, enabling Setman to undertake projects more complex and sophisticated than the casual real estate investor.

Setman closes relatively few of the partnership opportunities that initially register on the corporate radar screen. Our due diligence process is exhaustive and only those transactions that have passed close scrutiny, promising a fair and equitable return for all parties – equity partners, lenders and Setman’s principals alike – move to the final stage.

In 2004, Setman launched its Communications Consulting division with a mission to connect both established and fledgling companies with large customer bases.

Setman's Communications Consulting Division has worked directly with many of the nations largest retail chains, financial institutions,  associations and affinity groups to procure turn-key  communications offerings to their customers and members.
